Fast and controlled cooling of products reduces unnecessary weight loss and increases production output. Individually tailored solutions can be developed with our systems such as: Intensive-Cooling System IUL, pre-cooling with a water shower and the integrated misting system, is used in optimal preparation for peeling, slicing and packing. ProfitLine PUR is similar to IUL above but suitable for industrial system to proceed effective, fast and energy-saving.
Semi-Continuous Batch System KCS takes place continuously to downstream intensive cooling which is no delay in the processing line from filling to packaging.
