M2 series is both hygienic in production and easy to clean. Moreover, it offers various sizes of injectors depending on width of the transport systems. Intuitive settings of pump pressure and production speed together with a constant read-out of brine temperature allows for precise and optimum food production. There are various advantages;
- Accurate injection minimal return brine by using the needle head valves individually
- Consistent brine distribution with the high performance centrifugal pump
- Maximum control by the sectionally divided stripper feet
- No blocked needles due to removing all impurities in the brine
Raw material, for instance, red meat, poultry and fish
Various sizes of injectors depending on width of the transport systems (350 mm, 575 mm and 700 mm) and different needle sockets (26, 44, or 54), mouthed with either single, double or quadro needles.
